 If you've lost your main account password and you can't login to WHM, please submit a support ticket. We'll reset your password and send it over.

If you still have access to your WHM login details but have forgot the login information to one of your "sub-accounts", you can reset the password yourself! Follow these quick steps:

• Login to WHM!
• Click the Account Functions icon.

• Click the Password Modification icon.

• Select the Domain or User from the list and input the new password. Remember to use a strong password, the "Generate Password" button is very useful here if you are not very imaginative like most of us here at EZP!

• Click the "Change" button when you are satisfied.

Using the new password, you should be able to login to cPanel now!
