 Ok, this one is so simple it hardly needs a knowledge base entry:

• Login to cPanel.
• Click the "subdomains" icon.

• At the bottom of the screen you will see a list of your subdomains. To the far right of each subdomain is a remove link. Click the "Remove" link to remove your subdomain.
