From EZP Knowledge Base
We all know how annoying and dangerous spam messages are. This full-featured article on how to use our anti-spam service will help you and your clients keep the lid closed on spam.
Typically anti-spam solutions tend to focus on keyword and white/black list filtering techniques, these techniques often result in cases of false positives and time consuming white-listing. Our anti-spam solution is based on the fingerprinting of spam messages and distributed signatures of known spam characteristics, which results in a high degree of accuracy with very minimal amounts of false positives.
Our anti-spam service offers the following features:
Logging, delivery queue management, quarantine system, callout cache management, user management, domain statistics, protection reports, email restrictions and white/black lists.
In-order to gain access to the spam-panel you need to first login to cPanel, from within cPanel you can access the "Professional Spam Filter 2" button,
If your current cPanel account has only a single domain in use, you will be automatically redirected to the spam-panel for this single domain. On the other hand if you have multiple domains within your current cPanel account you will be presented with a list of your domains in which you can manage individually.
Once logged-in you will be presented with the following screen:
(note: resellers will be presented with a domain overview page before this screen; which is the domain level management area)
