If you are a VPS or Dedicated server client, you can indeed have your own nameservers! We will ask you if you want to use your own nameservers when we setup your server for you. While having your own nameservers doesn't make your sites faster, load more reliably or anything else, it can make you look a bit more professional - especially if you are reselling hosting services.
