A life-long customer!

I've been a client for about 8 years now and am happy with the personalized and custom solutions available for my business. I won't say much about the technology or performance other than to say that the speed and efficiency of my custom server on the network is great.

What truly stands out is the one to one, personalized support. For me two things are important: Uptime and technical support. I know that things don't always go right so I need to know that expert staff can solve the problem quickly, maintain the server seamlessly and communicate the issue.

As for tech support, I've gotten an excellent set of solutions and technical advise that goes above and beyond the necessary duties of a hosting provider. I found this aspect critical.

Overall, I'm happy and hope to be a life-long customer!
