The Network:

In Vancouver we co-locate our gear with Peer1. The Peer1 network is one of the fastest and most reliable in the world. They deliver some of the lowest latency in the industry and guarantee zero packet loss across their network. The network is built with all Cisco products utilising HSRP (Hot Standby Router Protocol - meaning if one router dies, a spare is online and waiting to takeover with absolutely no downtime) running on 4 tier1 carriers and over 500 strategic peering partners, minimising transit times between networks and end users while providing no single point of failure for the ultimate in redundancy.

In Georgia, we co-locate with NationalNet. NationalNet also guarantees 100% uninterrupted transit to the internet. They have a fully redundant, extremely fast and very affordable network. They utilise multiple direct connections with several Tier-1 transit providers to offer a robust network with significant capacity. We chose NationalNet for our East Coast USA presence after testing nearly 1 dozen providers for 3 months - NationalNet beat the rest, hands down. We're very confident that any of our clients will be extremely satisfied choosing to host with us in Georgia.

The Data Center

All of our equipment is housed in state of the art facilities, located in both Vancouver, BC, Canada and Marietta, Georgia, USA. Each facility has been engineered from the ground up to ensure excellent security, climate control and redundant power to help ensure your business is always online.

Climate Controlled - the HVAC (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning) systems are setup to maintain a constant 68 degree temperature, with humidity control and particle filtering. This ensures our hardware is always operating in an optimum environment.

Power System

Our hardware does not rely on the city power grids. Our data centers' have on-site, diesel-powered generators and centralized Uninterruptible Power Systems (UPS). These provide power conditioning and uninterrupted power at all times. The power systems are regularly tested to make certain that they will function as needed in the event of an emergency.

Security

Each location is monitored by closed circuit TV and on-site personnel 24/7.

Fire Suppression

The data centers both have advanced fire suppression systems, surge suppression and heat and smoke sensors to protect our equipment. These systems help insure that downtimes are reduced to an absolute minimum.

Server Hardware

At EZProvider we utilise only server grade hardware in our servers. You will never find cheap, unreliable consumer grade desktop components used here, unlike many of our competitors. While that may save a few dollars upfront, in the long run it's been our experience that server grade components pay for themselves in both reliability and performance. Don't be fooled by companies that tell you otherwise!
